Alli is the founder and President of Cinch PR. Her robust communications experience with leading lifestyle brands led to the creation of Cinch PR in 2006. Alli has successfully promoted both iconic and emerging brands spanning hospitality, retail, and food and beverage industries, leading CEO transitions, mergers and acquisitions, crisis communications, large-scale event planning, and global brand expansions. She is the driving force behind Cinch PR’s strategy, overseeing agency growth and service standards while also serving as a hands-on, pragmatic advisor for the entire client portfolio. At Cinch PR, she continuously strives to deliver revenue-oriented programs at a superior level of service. Alli serves on the Board of Trustees for CoachArt and is a member of Northwestern University’s Alumni Admissions Council. She also enjoys volunteering at her children’s schools – San Francisco Day School and The Branson School. After years in the industry, Alli has traveled extensively, and continues to explore new places around the globe with her husband and two children.

Mandy Beck Sanders is a Vice President at Cinch PR, overseeing the agency's portfolio of consumer brands as well as new business and marketing for the agency. With a commitment to outstanding client service and extensive expertise leading strategy for launches and repositioning efforts, Mandy has spearheaded national campaigns for emerging and established brands including Blue Bottle Coffee, JaM Cellars, Honey Mama's, milk + honey, Westfield shopping centers, and more. Mandy’s strong intuition and keen understanding of how PR and marketing cofunction to impact the bottom line make her an indispensable and trusted advisor to the brands she works with, and she prides herself on being a thoughtful listener and true collaborator to her clients. An eleven year veteran of the Cinch PR team, Mandy lives in Sacramento with her husband and rescue dog from Turkey. In her free time she enjoys Pilates, listening to live music, and digging into her ever-growing cookbook collection.

Hannah Frail Roberts is a Vice President at Cinch PR, leading robust communications campaigns for a variety of food and beverage, hospitality, and consumer lifestyle brands. With a keen eye for detail, passion for storytelling, and commitment to client service, Hannah has led and supported strategic PR efforts on behalf of Blue Bottle Coffee, BRAND Napa Valley, Hyatt Hotels, JaM Cellars, J.McLaughlin, Palisades Tahoe, and more. Hannah joined Cinch PR seven years ago when she relocated from New York, and currently lives in San Francisco with her husband, son and goldendoodle. She has embraced all the wonders of NorCal, and enjoys wine tasting in Napa, skiing in Tahoe, and escaping to Carmel-by-the-Sea.
